In accordance with D. Legislative Decree No 196/2003, concerning the processing of personal data, we inform you that your personal data are or will be handled by the Owner under Article. 13 of the Privacy Code for purposes and in the following manner:
1 - Categories of data

The processing of personal data systems is through paper manuals, computer and data according to criteria of security and confidentiality of data required by law, regulations and provisions of internal business.
5 - Place of treatment
Personal data are processed at the Company's registered office in Torre Le Nocelle (AV), and from branch offices.
6 - Category of which may be subject to disclose personal information or who may become aware
Those to whom the data may be communicated or who may become aware for processing purposes indicated carry out on behalf of the owner of technical or organizational tasks or required to perform obligations under the law, regulation or to fulfill, before and after conclusion of the contract to specific requests.
